Refund policy

We have a no-returns policy.

Primary reason is we deliver health consultation, which is a service.

As a complimentary service, we also offer an option to deliver prescribed homeopathic medicines to our patients. This means, a patient can very well chose to get only the consultation. Or chose to get medicines along with the consultations. If a patient requests us to deliver medicines in addition to the consultation, we don't charge any extra amount from our patients for the medicines. We charge fees only for the consultations. Therefore, return and refund of medicines is not accepted.

Non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
Nature of our services is such that once the appointment is booked for a particular time slot, it is not available for other patients. Additionally, our doctor(s) have to plan their respective schedules accordingly. We, therefore, do not encourage cancellations. Hence, no refund is applicable in case of cancellations.
